[SHIPPING POLICY]
 
All orders will be shipped from the closest nationwide warehouses. Should the closest warehouse not have the item or items you ordered in stock, we will ship from the next closest location available.

When ordering multiple items, please keep this in mind. This may result in you receiving your orders at different times. Rest assured, if the item is instock, it will be delivered.

Should there be a problem with regards to delivery or any item(s) ordered we will contact you by phone and email. So, please be sure that your contact information is current and correct.

Shipping Courier Used:
We ship to addresses located within the continental United States by UPS. Please keep in mind that UPS cannot deliver to Post Office Boxes, Private Mail Box Location and APO/AFO addresses.

Estimated Delivery Time:
All orders will be processed within the 24 hours time frame of receiving your payment. Average transit time for delivery is 3 � 5 business days. In most cases, depending on your location, weather and/or courier hub acitivty , it may take up to 10 business days.

Condition of Shipment Recieved:
There may be certain cases where a shipment may come damaged due to couriers failure to exercise that degree of care. Please notify us right away and refuse the package during the delivery, so that we can note it to your account and reship the item as soon as possible.
If the item was left by the courier without your knowledge, and the box is damaged, please notify us within 3 business days to arrange pick up of the damaged item and reshipment of a new one. We may require to ask you to take a picture of the damaged box so that we can use it to make a claim with the courier.
If the box is in good shape, but the content inside is damaged, please notify us within 3 business days. This may have occurred during packing at the manufacturer's side. We will reschedule a pick up as well as make arrangement for reshipping a replacement.
Please keep in mind that reshipment of a replacement will depend on availability. If for some reason we are unable to reship due to non-stock, we will contact you.

Time of reshipment date due to damaged goods, will be determined by our managers. We will keep you in the loop during this process.
