[RETURN POLICY]
JanMartUSA offers a 30-day money back guarantee for merchandise subject to manufacturer and/or JanMartUSA restrictions. After 30 days, all return requests must be made with the product manufacturer of the item ordered. Due to JanMart's policy, any claims made after 30 days of receipt of order cannot be honored, however we will gladly provide manufacturer contact information if necessary.
Criteria for exchange or refund:
- Product(s) must be returned in it's original box and must be in the condition that you received it in.
- Original packaging with the UPC or bar code CLEARLY VISIBLE.
- All components, manuals, registration card(s), software, cables and /or accessories must also be included.

Please be advised all merchandise returned to our warehouse in a non-restockable condition, will incur a restocking fee of 15%

Refunds not arising from shortage, defective or mishandled merchandise will be subject to a 15% or higher restocking fee. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping fees associated with exchange or refund.

Damaged, defective, shortage or mis-shipped order, will be assessed a temporary charge for that item(s) if cross-shipping is requested, and will be removed when the original item(s) is received or claim is closed.

Reason for Return Request
- We will issue you a ship to location and a Return Merchandise Authorization number. RMA number is necessary when returning an item back to us. Without an RMA number, our warehouse will not accept incoming return.
- Please make sure to clearly mark your RMA number on the shipping label. Please do not write your RMA number directly on the box, mark it only on the shipping label.
- We are not responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse or that had been damaged during transit. We strongly suggest that you ship your package in a way that allows you to track the shipment and receive a proof of delivery. Insuring the package is strongly encourage.

Once an item has been received, it can take up to 7 business days to process your return. Once we've issued you a credit memo, you will be notified via email and/or phone call by our customer service representative.
